Charlie Chaplin has been quoted as saying, “a day without laughter is a day wasted,” and we couldn’t agree more. Laughter is the best medicine, after all – unless the person is laughing without any reason whatsoever, which might indicate that they actually need medicine (and anyone who has watched 2019’s movie Joker will know what we’re talking about). But we digress.
Our point is that laughter is a fantastic natural stress reliever, and therefore we couldn’t think of a better list to prepare than one that has no other agenda than to make us laugh – we can agree we all need a break from the news of the day, right? It isn’t very often that law enforcement officers have time to engage in a little humor. But this police officer found himself with some free time on his hands. So, when this kid drove by in her toy car, he couldn’t resist throwing on his lights and making a traffic stop.
She seems to be taking the experience seriously, and we hope that she just got a warning. Otherwise, she may need to ask her parents for a loan.
